Original Baldor Governor or centrifugal mechanism for 1800 RPM motors with 1 3/8" shaft for mounting. Spool is 3 11/16 In. OD and has 1 3/8" diameter hole. Backing plate mounts on 1 3/8" shaft. Used in 1800 RPM 213T, 215T, 213JM, and 215JM Frames found in 7 1/2 HP  and 10 HP motors.   Baldor part # 37RS4060SP. Used with PBAS4 start switch. Note: 1800 RPM Baldor governors have black spring.
