Century/AO Smith SCN-486 Stationary Start Switch

• 4 3/8 in. x  3 3/8  board dimension
• 3 1/4 in. and 2 3/4 in. center to center mounting holes
• 1 contact set
• Used in Century, Magnetek, and some AO Smith electric motors
• White plastic on newer motors replaces older tan or brown switches with phenolic resin board
• Front of switch faces toward shaft end of motor
• Front has 8 plug in terminals
• Rear of switch faces toward tail end of motor and is seen when connection cover is removed
• Rear has 10 plug in terminals and 3 terminals with nuts.
• Please check board and mounting hole dimensions carefully because Century made a number of larger switches used on older motors.
